		<description>Geoff, I am so sorry to hear about your friend and even worse, I imagine there are many more in her shoes.  I would also add (perhaps controversially) that in addition to helping Shannon, that people write to their local representative to lobby against people being left without medical insurance.  This is unacceptable in my opinion.</description>
